Alissa Elliott
Girls Volleyball Coach

This is my 2nd year at CCCA as the secretary/admin. assistant and my first year as the head volleyball coach. I was the assistant volleyball, softball, and basketball coach for 1 year. I attended Handley High School and graduated in 2015. I played Volleyball, softball, and basketball since I was young and was an all-around athlete. I have been married to my husband Lane for 7 years and we have 2 boys, Tate and Chet who both attend CCCA and we have a baby girl on the way.

We attend Bethel Christian Church where my husband is the Youth/Assistant Pastor. My biggest motivation for coaching young athletes is to make sure they understand discipline and obedience-which is needed in every aspect of our lives, and to comprehend a solid, faithful relationship with Jesus Christ.

Athletically, I admired Kobe Bryant because of his hard work, dedication to his career, and always willing to put in the work to be better.

Biblically, I strive to be like Job. A man of great faith who never cursed God even amongst all of his trials and tribulations. He was "faithful unto death" Revelation 2:10.

My favorite scriptures are

Galatians 2:20 KJV

"I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me."

Colossians 1:10 KJV

" That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God."
